PRESCRIPTION SAFETY AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

Oxygen Design partnered with a national pharmaceutical company to develop a public awareness campaign aimed at reducing prescription drug misuse, theft, and abuse. The initiative, titled Safeguard My Meds, was created to educate consumers on the importance of properly securing and disposing of medications, particularly opioids and other commonly abused prescriptions.

The cornerstone of the campaign was the development of a bold and versatile visual identity and logo system that could be applied seamlessly across a wide range of platforms. The identity needed to communicate urgency and clarity while remaining approachable and consumer-friendly.
 
Oxygen Design delivered a comprehensive suite of creative assets, including:
 
Campaign Logo and Identity System – A flexible visual mark designed for strong brand recognition across digital and print channels.

• Digital Media Assets
– Including banner ads, web graphics, and social media visuals tailored to expand the campaign’s reach and visibility online.

• Print Collateral
– Such as brochures, posters, and flyers distributed to pharmacies, healthcare providers, and community outreach centers to reinforce the importance of safe medication practices.

• Online Ad Campaigns
 – Branded graphics for digital advertisements targeting key demographics and promoting educational resources.
 

The Safeguard My Meds campaign successfully balanced public health messaging with strategic design, delivering a strong visual system that helped elevate awareness around a growing national concern. Through clear branding and engaging visuals, the project contributed to the client’s broader efforts in community health education and responsible medication use.
